Texas Rural Land Value Trends Workshop & Chapter Meeting – Wednesday
USPAP 7-hours – Thursday
Bias 7-hours – Friday
We will be staying at the Stella Hotel (4100 Lake Atlas Dr, Bryan, TX 77807 · (979) 421-4000). Then we will use the Capital Farm Credit Building directly across the street for our classroom.
The Texas Chapter will meet in Bryan/College Station, Texas for our 2026 Spring Chapter Meeting and Continuing Education. We will have 3 days of Continuing Education. We will start on Wednesday afternoon with Dr. Lynn Krebs. He will lead the Land Trends Workshop (4-hours). I anticipate a fun social event on Wednesday evening. Scott Seely, ARA will lead 7-hour USPAP on Thursday and 7-hour Bias (1-hour exam for appraiser trainees) on Friday. We will also plan a YPN event with students from Texas A&M University.
